Method for sequential predictive control in electrical energy systems

Summary of the technology

A sequential methodology that resolves multivariable functions in complex systems for a better control of electricity in electronic devices and other applications.

Details of the Technology Offer

The technology is based on a mathematical optimization methodology in non-linear models. It allows the management and optimization of multiple control objectives in a simple and effective way for electric systems. The solution is achieved by following a sequential methodology or cascade-type that resolves multivariable functions in complex systems, with no requirement to set weight factors, getting a global optimum that allows better control of electricity.

This technology makes it possible to quickly solve physical models with multivariate systems in an iterative way, with less conceptual complexity and control effort and without carrying out empirical tests. The resolution is achieved through a sequential methodology or cascade, that solves the multivariable functions in complex systems in which, with the traditional processes it is not possible to distinguish the key variable for the analysis. In addition, this technology also reduces the number of resources associated with computational processing, which is key to modelling electrical and energy systems for electronic products, transport, and electric industries.
