The LCSB Sequencing Platform provides sequencing DNA or RNA samples with very high accuracy, efficiency and depth with tunable read lengths and output options according to research needs.
Our facility employs the state-of-the-art next generation sequencing technology (also known as deep sequencing or high throughput sequencing). Furthermore, our platform offers high flexibility and cost competitiveness for a wide range of sequencing needs as well as highly reliable results for a small quantity of sample material. The platform also offers low-cost pilot studies for Metatranscriptomics, Metagenomics and small RNA services.
Our team is committed as a full-service provider and works closely with the investigators to provide maximum support in project planning, sample preparation, sample quality inspection and data analysis.
