Using Signature Genes to Detect Early-Stage Coronavirus and Predict Individual Outcomes

Test signature genes of host for non-invasive and early detection of Coronavirus infection, even before the infected person is symptomatic (also allowing differentiation from influenza virus infections).
Moreover, this unique signature can be used to predict disease outcome in infected individuals as well as predict the vulnerability to the virus in non- infected individuals. The last can be valuable for screening of vulnerable populations such as medical teams and caregivers.
