We have 2 large commercial dehydators, a 10 head combbination weight scale packaging macine and a 15,000 sq ft USDA and FDA approved facililty. We are curreintly certified Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan, USDA Organic and NON-GMO verified. Our technology specifically removes water from food products (fruit, vegetables and possibly others) with minimal processing, low temperatures and leaves the finished product as highly bioavailable as possible. We are currently manufacturing products such as kale chips, flax crackers, onion rings, eggplant jerky and drying various raw materials for use in finished products such as schizandra berries. We have the ability to be a one stop shop for small batch or craft runs and also have the space and capacity to scale up for large production of contract related work including finished goods and bulk raw materials.
