An article to heat frozen sandwiches in microwave ovens while fully preserving its texture, shape, and freshness. It's even better than the freshly made ones (QUALITY& EDIBILITY.) All microwave bread destruction, shape deformation, cracking of crust, hardness of crumb, and shrinkage in size are avoided by using a technology relying on the famous principle of "Impedance Matching" applied to heating and thermal energy transfer. It is very cheap, can be washed, durable, and easy to fabricate.
The same article can be used to produce vacuum in food containers in order to preserve food outside a refrigerator.

Details of the Technology Offer

HEATING FROZEN SANDWICHES IN MICROWAVE OVENS:

1- Crispness can be controlled at will. (PLEASURE) Consumer can control the crispness of both bread and meats and obtain different tasty and crunchy results satisfying his needs every time he heats.

2- Heating time about 60 seconds in a 1100W power microwave, while standard time in industry is 90 seconds. (SAFETY) This has been verified repeatedly.

3- Can be washed. Can be used an infinite number of times. (ECONOMY) Article is very robust and cannot be torn or damaged easily.

4- It costs less than a dollar in mass production. Small size is sold at 15$, Large size at 22$ depending on sandwich size.

5- Extremely easy to fabricate. Manufacturing technique is simple and no special equipment is required.

6- All its components are safe for using with food.

9- It is anti-rotting. (HEALTHY)

10- IT protects sandwiches's bread completely from Microwaves-caused hardness.

11- The prototypes have been made and tested.

12- Article is of very light weight, and does not occupy any sizeable space.

13- Articles needs no extra materials or consumables, its running cost is ZERO.

14- Article can heat 10 sandwich-cycles before being reset once again.

VACUUM PRODUCTION:

1- It can be used to produce vacuum in any food container in 60 seconds, utilizing a basic but powerful thermodynamic principle.

2- It is totally trouble-free.

3- Sandwiches can be stored at room temperature while under vacuum. Now you warm them and don't heat them. Freezing and microwave heating destroy food.

3- A small vacuum pump costs at least70 dollars.

CONSUMER NEEDS SATISFIED BY ARTICLE:

1- Eliminating texture destruction and hardness of bread, deformation in shape, and size shrinkage due to microwaves. Natural texture is preserved. (See attachment.)

6- Ability to store sandwiches at room temperature under vacuum. This improves both safety of consumer (warming time is much less than heating time),and also sandwich quality.
