An arithmetic formula is discovered that can be used to reduce logic to arithmetic. The formula enables a logic algorithm to be reduced to an arithmetic algorithm without the use of logical trees, thereby converting a logical operation to an arithmetic operation. Therefore, it is possible to develop software that functions similar to a real processor.

Processor is the brain of all computing device from mobile to tablet and computers. The functioning of software depends on the capability of a processor. A computer program works on logic circuits. Logic circuits implements Boolean logic. An arithmetic formula is found that can be used to reduce logic to arithmetic. Computation of Boolean functions can be made using arithmetic formula. Therefore with minimum requirements of logic circuits to execute a computer program, the functions of logic circuits can be replaced by a computer program using arithmetic formula. Therefore we can develop software that can do the functions of logic circuits or processor. This new software can work like a capable processor to perform specified Boolean operations.

The functioning of software of mobile, tablet and computer depends on the capability of a processor. This means that the functioning of all computing device depends on the capability of a processor. Here i have found an arithmetic formula that can be used to compute Boolean functions. Microprocessor contains logic circuits. Logic circuits implements Boolean logic. Therefore by using the arithmetic formula we can develop software that can do the functions of logic circuits or processor. This indicates that we can replace the work of processor by a new processor software which can perform specified Boolean operations. Therefore the mobile and tablet can work like a computer.
