Structure determination of low to medium size molecules (up to MWt of ca. 2000) by mainly 1D and 2D NMR spectra.
The molecules have to be soluble in organic solvents (CDCl3, acetone etc. to polar solvents like, DMSO, MeOH).
It is possible to handle also mixtures that can be separated by chromatographies.
Preliminary evaluation will be required in each case to estimate the scope of the investigation. The amounts of compound required for the structure determination are in the order of mgs, preferentially 5-10 mgs.
It is also possible to run in the School of Chemistry, MS, IR and UV spectra.
