The system uses the ESP32 Devkit1 development board, which facilitates the creation of IoT projects with wireless communication. The casing is 3D-printed, and it includes an oximeter, gyroscope, vibrating motor, proximity sensor, and programmable LEDs. The board is equipped with the ESP32 microcontroller from Espressif, featuring a 32-bit dual-core CPU, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.2. It is compatible with various programming environments, such as Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, and Espressif IDF, enabling easy customization and programming of projects. It supports necessary readings and connectivity between devices within a range of up to 450 meters. Simple programs allow heart rate, user inclination, exercise speed, and inter-device connectivity measurements.
