We do have an ink branded Eoprom which is the seeding layer patterned with additive printing process on glass fibers fabrics which is then copper metal coated in galvanic bath and we end up with a printed copper metal circuit with a robust adhesion on glass fiber fabrics.
We have demonstrated with academic research our technology is not invasive when functionnalized fabrics is integrated in composite materials manufacturing process.
To day we reached TRL 4-5 for integrating heating and antenna and we are working to integrate PZE sensors
In MCVE we are able to manufacture glass fiber coupons size dimEnsion 30cmx38cm with printed copper tracks for heating applications for such application as heater or deicing purpose with different
Also, we are able to integrate antenna with other fabrics such as basalt for other permetivity choice
