We are interested in raw material and/or technology that will allow us to enrich milk drinks in calcium to a level of 200 mg / 100 ml. The calcium should remain homogenously dispersed in a drink during shelf life of 45 days without creating any sedimentation without the addition of any stabilizers or other materials with E number. Calcium should be approved for food use and with high bioavailability and high-level kosher certified.

Calcium should be approved for food use and with high bioavailability. The added calcium should be resistant to UHT heat treatment and homogenizing process.
What we know already
Regular Calcium powders, like calcium carbonate, Calcium Citrate or Calcium Phosphate without adding stabilizers tend to sink during shelf life and create sedimentation at the bottom of the bottle. We assume that powder with a particle size distribution between 200 and 500 nm will remain suspended throughout shelf life.
