Companies are embracing Open Innovation to stay ahead of the curve, but implementation is often a challenge. Many fail to understand that open innovation is an innovation in itself and therefore has to be managed accordingly if it is to be implemented successfully.

Clariant Open Innovation is introduced in 2013 and the company is learning to manage open innovation in a pragmatic way based on practical considerations, rather than theoretical ones. Today, Clariant Open Innovation is proud to provide an insight on their setup and process and the challenges they experienced at difference phase and how they overcome these barriers.

Therefore, Innoget is pleased to invite Mr. Melvun Ho, Open Innovation Manager at Clariant, to share his experiences in managing Clariant Open Innovation global program and the current technology interests of the company, in the first ever Innovation Talks by Innoget session in Barcelona.
