Magnetic is a design and innovation company. People come to us with their challenges and we help to unpick them. Sometimes that means uncovering new insights into customers that haven’t been seen before. Sometimes it’s about thinking creatively to come up with new ideas and solutions. Sometimes we help design and build beautiful new products and services that solve the problem. A lot of the time we do all three.

We follow a human-centred design approach, putting people’s real needs at the heart of our process and output. We take leaders and teams with us on the journey, injecting new skills, mindsets and cultures as we go. We incorporate a diverse range of voices and perspectives in our teams, our ways of working and in the solutions we design, together.
