Executive career developed in the Civil Construction sector, having worked in one of the ten largest construction companies in this segment.
Responsible for identifying and implementing strategic development projects as agents of change, which would provide cost reduction and greater organizational efficiency.
Multi-area manager, covering Costs and Control, Internal Audit, Asset Control, Shared Services Center (SSC) and Documentation Center (DC).
Leader of the administrative area, comprising a team of more than 40 works located throughout the country.
Direction of the Information Technology, Infrastructure and Systems departments.
Implementation and conduction of a methodology for monitoring results in civil construction works, focused on operations and the company's board.
