Dr.Anita V. Handore is self-aware cohesive, dynamic personality .She has proficiency in managing complex issues with special skills of strategic planning & motivational management. Her leadership qualities ,guiding and retaining high-performance team to develop & implement strategies for accelerated growth of organization are incredible.
She has well versed experience in Research & Development sector with seventeen years working experience in diverse sectors with multitasking abilities. She is a remarkable systems thinker and has competency in analyzing and managing complex issues in critical situations .
With her profound vision, she has greatly contributed her research in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture ,Health care and Nutraceutical Sectors . Her pioneering research in wine sector has been called upon by MoFP - IGPB ,GoI for setting MRL’s w.r.t. pesticide residue.
Under her leadership ,she has credit of one process patent granted in Biotechnology.Her next three patents in Biotechnology, Agriculture and Healthcare sectors are under process of filing.

Her special skills of translating laboratorial research into appropriate technology for sustainable livelihood are appreciable. She has been honored with several awards for her outstanding research contribution by various State,National and International forums working in scientific and social sectors.
More than 52 research publications and presentations at reputed International and National research Journals and platforms are at her credit. Till date, she has 12 book chapters/books published with world leading publishers. She has been effectively working as, Editor, Associate ,Editor -Guest Editor for reputed International Journals and books .Besides, she is actively involved in guiding the research students of reputed Indian Universities.
She has efficiently served her knowledge and experience as an In charge, Research and Development Dept. Sigma Wineries Pvt.Ltd., Nashik. Besides, shouldered managerial and administrative responsibilities in Educational and Social organization as Founder, Director at S.S.C.C.Manmad, Acting Principal and faculty at DMLT College, Manmad, Consulting member, Environmental Department, NGO .Head of Department, Environment and Healthcare Division at Vasundhara, Orgnization Nashik.
She has commendably and successfully handled various responsibilities as a Key person and Management representative, In-house Functional Area Expert for Ecology and Biodiversity, Sr.project Co-ordinator, Master trainer at MGRL, Nashik .She has efficiently worked as Programme Advisory Committee member and subject expert, YCMOU, Nashik. She has successfully & efficiently coordinated and executed Public Hearing for Industrial projects ,mandated by Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF),GoI.
She has honored as Renewable Energy Committee member, MACCIA, Nashik Region, Maharashtra , Co-ordinator, Agri Organic Research Foundation,Nashik .As a part of her social responsibility, she enthusiastically and proactively serve her knowledge and experience for raising the social awareness .
