Our research group focuses on utilizing microbes and their secondary metabolites to enhance products, food, nutraceuticals. We explore diverse environmental microbes and wild mushrooms samples to uncover bioactive compounds, bio-pigments/bio-colorants, and bio-functional properties, enhancing unconventional sources and untapped microbial/mushrooms based resources.
