My work background is in the print and graphics industry, but starting around 2001 as a hobby, with some others (chemist/veterinarians/botanist), we have been uncovering the science behind a discovery to optimize bacteria for the purposes of bioremediation. Fast forward to today, the discovery had lead to the development of four forms of delivery for a range of plant phenolics into a broad scope of foods, beverages and skincare items. Plus numerous applications into other sciences.
