My role in the ICN2 Business and Innovation Department is to provide know-how to the researchers on how to best enhance commercialization through contract research, IPR licensing, joint ventures and spin-off companies. Giving researchers assistance in developing relationships with industry and the business community, with the ultimate goal of establishing long-term strategic relationships with companies for the commercialization of their technologies and better orientated them to real market needs.
