ONE 10 T CHILLING SYSTEM ONLY FOR PROCESS WATER AND ONE 5 T WATER COOLING SYSTEM FOR JACKETING OF MIXER AND CREAMER WHICH WAS INSUFFICIENT AND LEADING TO HIGH DOUGH TEMPERATURE AND BLISTERS IN BISCUITS. WE USED TO GET AROUND 18 – 20 DEG C TEMPERATURE IN PROCESS WATER FROM 10 T CHILLER AND 25 TO 39 DEG C IN JACKET WATER FROM 5 T WATER COOLER.
