4. 1996-1997  Worked as a  Consultant in EMULSION ADHESIVE Co.(M/S ANUP ADHESIVES Pvt. Ltd)  in NASIK NEAR MUMBAI  for the  COPOLYMER & POLYMER DEVEVELOPMENT I have also developed POLYESTER BASED WATERSOLUBLE,POWDER SIZING & ALSO REPLACEMENT to ALCOPRINT-PTF,SCOURING AGENTS,ANTISTAIN COATINGS& ALSO REPLACEMENT to ALCOPRINT-PTF,SCOURING AGENTS,ANTISTAIN COATINGS ,Epoxy Two Pack One pack,PUD Product Dvelopment for Floor Coatings,Wood Coatings etc.
5. 1997-2004 Worked as a R&D MANAGER in M/S LUNAR CAUSTIC P.Ltd. a only Manufacturer of Polyvinyl Cinamate based Photo resist other than M/S Agfa US (LPR) for the PILOT SCALE COATING MACHINE DEVELOPMENT & Product development for the UV cured  INKS PCB,PHOTORESIST ,SCREEN Printing Film on  various coating heads Slot-Die,Curtain,Meyer Bar etc I have experience in IMAGING FILMS IN SCREEN PRINTING S.A.CAPILLEX, CHROMOLINE DIRECT TYPE. I have DEVELOPED DIGI TAL PHOTOGRAPHY INKJET RECEPTIVE COATING FOR PAPER, PVC, POLYESTER & IT IS WATERPROOF GLOSSY ALSO HEAT TRANSFER (SUBLIMATION) PAPER COATING

6. From 2004 Dec. up till today I am working as a Freelance Consultant for the Product development for the Silane ,Ti Chemistry,Nano colorants, Floor Coatings ,PUD based Coatings ,TRANSFER COATINGS Controlled Release on Lab Scale  & application to the COATING MACHINE
Presently Working as a APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT for the PUD in COATINGS,ADHESIVES,BINDERS, etc, also I have Developed the Silane Coupled Silica also NANO ALUMINA ,Silica Grinding also Nano Ceramic Colors for the Inkjet Printing

Last Year I have developed Water based Powder Coating for the Non Metallic Surfaces & also for the Higher Thicknesses also Worked on the GLASS FLAKE High Build Epoxy & Ester Coatings for Corrosion Resistance of Pumps,Pipes etc.
Recently I have developed WATER SOLUBLE POLYESTER for Cotton Sizing from PET Bottle Waste The Lab scale process for the Alcohol Exchange was done the Process can Scale up from the Pilot Plant
I have also worked on the Lab Development of Manufacture & Formulation of Silica SOL-GEL for the Glass Coating & other Applications Like Application in Construction Chemicals etc.
