This role is known for lead the Futures R&D Product and Formulation workstream to deliver future cross-category innovation to fuel business growth within agreed budgets and timescales.

We need someone who has both the technical and consumer curiosity to lead the formulation/product workstream for Futures. Willing to go beyond and challenge the status quo and bring relevant new ideas. Be able to own the workstream both from strategy and delivery.  Has passion to listen the category big Consumer challenges and identify the right solution to build the long term pipeline. A key characteristic is the ability to work with external parties and build eco-systems when needed with the right IP protection in place. 

Great communicator to make complex matters simple to external multi-functional audience, Be techy, love the science and technology with a proven record to build winning ideas from bench scale prototypes to market.
