The CEI International Affairs, affiliated center to the University of Barcelona, offers 3 options to find out how to access the EU funding programmes: - The European Proposal Writing course (certificate awarded by the University of Barcelona) is aimed at entrepreneurs, company managers, public agency staff and students interested in achieving a high degree of specialization in writing European project proposals in the area of innovation. Discounted course fees for Spanish companies through FUNDAE. Taught online, except for 75h of practical module. Lessons in Spanish and English (both languages minimum level required: B2) - Technician: European Proposal Writing (225-hour course, with CEI International Affairs Certificate).
