Webstream / Research Futures- COVID-19 and Horizon: What is to be done?

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the European Commission has announced hundreds of millions of euros in emergency research funding under Horizon 2020 to help find vaccines, cures and better-coping strategies. But is it enough, and will it deliver results in time? Is it coordinated with large-scale investments from other governments and donors? What else should be done?
